September Board Meeting

Our recent software upgrade is apparently blocking patrons from using our Overdrive (Download Zone) e-book/audiobook service.  We have been informed that the problem should be resolved by tomorrow (Saturday, June 27) and regret the inconvenience.

The library has resumed normal hours and will reopen at 9 A.M. on Tuesday, Oct. 30. The Oct. 30 Friends of the Library book review has been cancelled. There will be no preschool storytime today, because the UE schools are closed.

Meet Olivia! Friday, May 4 at 10:00am or Saturday, May 5 at 11:00am Celebrate Children’s Book Week with our Olivia story time! Visit the library for Ian Falconer’s stories, songs, a craft, and meet Olivia! No registration is required.

GFJ has started digitizing parts of its collections. We started with old local newspapers,  a treasure trove of local history and genealogy. The collection will eventually be expanded, but 1855-1915 issues are now available at: www.endicott.advantage-preservation.com
